Annual Dues   $412.50     (plus utility stand-by fees of $216 yr)              

Transfer fee when sold $ 150.00 + $50 status fee per lot

Re-Sale Certificate $200.00

WOWSC is a non-profit member owned co-op that supplies water and sewer to the Windermere community.

Currently: Tap fees are $1,500, Membership fee is $350, and the Impact fee is $4,000 = $5,850 for new service. Contact the utility company for any changes.

In the construction of a home you will need to figure in a Grinder pump system costing $ 3,500 - $5,500+ , this cost is usually financed in with the home construction loan. Please make your builder aware of it.

Burnet County: Current taxes are based on $1.72 per $100 of appraised value, less exemptions.
